earned his Bachelor's Degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1980 and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1983. Mr. Castagno began his private law practice in 1983 and has been practicing exclusively in South Orange County since 1994. Among Mr. Castagno's distinctions are his continued service as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tem, Superior Court Family Mediator and Court-Appointed Attorney to represent minors in child custody cases.
